Order Processing and Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to provide you with the best service possible, and we want to ensure you are aware of our order processing and shipping times.
Shipment:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As stated previously, you only have 5 days to reach out in regards to your order.
*We do not cover items that have been verified by the shipping agent as "delivered".*
If your package states it is delivered and you do not have it, please reach out to the shipping carrier to locate your package first!
Order Processing Times:
- Orders are processed within 2 to 3 days from the time they are placed.
- Please note that processing times are based on business days (Monday through Friday), and do not include weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed after 5 PM on a business day will be processed starting the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Shipping Times:
- Shipping times are based on the method selected at checkout and begin after the order has been processed.
- Please account for both the processing time and the shipping time when estimating your order's arrival date.
Business Hours:
- Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Expedited Shipping:
- If you choose expedited shipping, please note that it will only affect the shipping time and not the processing time.
- For example, if you place an order after 5 PM on a Friday with two-day shipping, it will be processed on Monday and should arrive within two business days after processing.
