Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We have a strict NO REFUND POLICY. This applies to ALL PRODUCTS, COURSES, AND SERVICES.

Returns

No returns or exchanges on all product items due to hygienic reasons. No exceptions.

Exchanges of replacements on machines (if applicable and within 2 days of purchase)
We only replace the item if they are defective or damaged when received. You will have 2 days after your shipment has been delivered to reach out to us in regards to an exchange.

If you need to exchange it send us an email first at hello@zendermastudios.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will NOT send the new shipment out until we receive your items.

If you are shipping any item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
